Another long time favorite recipe we learned at Isabelle's. Drawn from a stock pot simmered for 72 hours. Fresh sauteed onions are then added. Served in a crock topped with toast rounds and stringy Gruyere cheese.

We are especially proud of our ribs because of there unique preparation and unusual presentation. The ribs are baked in a customized oven and at the same time slowly smoked with hickory wood. They are served on John's patented platter which he designed to make rib-eating more convenient and less messy.

We give you a choice of two preparations with this classic roast. The first is "Pecos Style where the slow roasted Prime Rib Roast is sliced and finished on the grill giving you the tenderness of the roast with the great taste of one of our fine steaks. This is a recipe from Isabelle's, our former restaurant, acquired from a friend who brought it back from Japan. Breaded with unique Oriental breading and French fried.

Shrimp Stir-Fry $19.95Succulent chunks of gulf shrimp sauteed with water chestnuts, snow pea pods, bean sprouts, fresh broccoli and sliced fresh mushrooms.
